Wire Fox Terriers taking over the blogosphere

Have you noticed the ever increasing number of Wire Fox Terriers that are blogging? It's all part of our cunning plan to take over the blogosphere.

Doh! I think I've just blown our cover!

Anyway, I thought I'd take this opportunity to introduce you to some some new wirey pals. Meet Scruffy and his pal Lacie the Lakeland from Pittsburgh, US.

Sedona Rose from Phoenix, US.

Sir Lancelot from Ohio, US.

Bebe from Philadelphia, US.

I mustn't forget to give a bark out to relative newcomers Lenny, Agatha & Archie, Jake & Just Harry and William Tell.

Please visit their blogs and give them your best Dogs with Blogs welcome! Tell them that I sent you. I know they'll be delighted to meet everydog.

PS Keep an eye on the Airedales; I think they're also trying for world blog supremacy!

Our plan for world domination is sooo cunning that if you put a tail on it, you could call it a weasel!

Hi Jackson! Pleasure to meet you, and thanks so much for the publicity! A dog can never have too many cyber friends.

We better keep it down about this world domination stuff, though - you're right, I think the airedales may be on to us!

Cheers,
Lancelot

Hi Jackson, that was kind of you to give a bark out to your new pals.

I need some help as there are not many lab collies who are blogging so we are not in for world domination just yet!

Jackson,
Let it be known, that the first wire in the blogosphere according to my research was Gus Dagger in April 2006, followed by myself in July 2006. So Gus and I are the trend setters, so we are very proud to have spurred the drive to blog supremacy by all Wires. Let's face it, us wires are the most intelligent of breed and the most techie, it is only natural that we rule!

Jackson: Thanks for the links to cute new buddies. I am particularly enamored of Sedona Rose! But they are all cute. Actually, I started blogging in March of 06, but I thought I was reading other wirey blogs before that. Maybe Butchy Snickers?

Hey Jackson:

Hi Jackson,Thanks for the mention!! We are so happy to find new pals!! We think world domination is a terrific idea, just think of what it would mean for us!! I agree with joining with the Aeirdales, they can get to the counter tops easier,,,Love A+A

Daniella said...

Oops, I was wrong.
Gus and I were not the trendsetters. Seems that Butchy and Snickers started before both of us and Dean-O in Canada has us beat by a couple of years! Evidently I need to brush up on my research skills.

Hi Jackson,

Thanks for mentioning us among all the new blogging WFTs. Yesterday, Mom actually counted to see who is the dominant breed -- and she thinks it's the Huskies. But we wirey guys don't need numbers to take over the world.

Does anyone know "Pinky and the Brain?"

I gotta say, though, we've been trying to meet as many other breeds as we can -- so we know many of the friendly Airedales like Maggie and Stanley, and Putter; the Key West Collies; our Frenchy (Balboa) and Ronin the Pug; and Wally, and the Dachsies, etc., etc. That's what makes this place so cool. And when we do dominate the world, we will make place for everyone!!

Woofs to all!!

Jake

Hey, Jackson, nice chatting with you this morning too! When the WFTs take over the world, make sure there is a place for dachsies!
We are going to tell all your new pals "Hello"!

What about Sprocker supremacy? I must start a cocker/springer group up....can't have any dog other than a spaniel taking over the world!

Oh Jackson! How awesome that you came to visit me. We can be good furrrends you and I...we have a lot in common. You should dominate the world. Do you have any ideas how a bunch of cats came help out with this caper? We have some very unique skills to share that dogs do not have. A partnership with us could bring some real benefits. I will think about this more after I have had my 22 hour nap.
BTW, I seee you met Daisy. Let me tell you that she is the coolest girlcat in the whole world. She has alligators livin in her backyard...really. She also hunts lizards and breeds sea monkeys.
You also met Karl...he was nearly ate up by a coyote one night! So you see we have lots of special experiences with the world...
Tootles for now...Miss Peach

Jackson,

Yes, I did mean the mice Pinky and the Brain -- who plot to take over the world every night.

We've watched sometimes while Mom and Dogdad think we're snoozing and are always sorry when the plots fall apart. We wires can do better.

Glad to meet some of your new feline friends -- all my human relatives have some of them; but we've never met. We do give them presents at Christmas time though and they reciprocate. So maybe a partnership would work.

Jake
