Quiet please

Shhhhhh! Jackson's asleep. Probably still hung over from Asta & Bailey's birthday pawty. Look, he's sneaked onto J1 & J2's bed again. He has some kind of radar that just knows when their bedroom door has been left open. He knows he's not allowed in there but his mission in life is to jump on the bed and drool all over J1's pillow.

In case you're wondering, it's me, Dunstan here. Yes, I know you've read about the other dog on wheels toys, Seymour, Hamilton and Barnaby but I'm the tall quiet one. I may not be fluffy but I think I'm J1's favourite. Don't tell the others though, they might get jealous.

Like Jackson I'm a rescue dog too. I was found languishing in a shed where I'd been for years with no-one to talk to. J1 rehomed me last year. I'm much bigger than the other toys and I'm made of plastic. I think I'm about 50 years old, so I'm kind of in my prime. It's my job to watch over Hamilton, Barnaby and Seymour and make sure they don't get into too much trouble. Remember when Seymour escaped from the coal cellar and got drunk on absinthe? That was because I wasn't around to keep them out of trouble!

I think I hear yawning and scratching coming from the bedroom. Jackson must have woken up. Better go pals, don't want him to catch me!

Hi there,

I think you doggies on wheels are great. It's funny I don't remember ever seeing a WFT version till I met you all.
Jackson looks so peaceful asleep.

Dunstan!!

You don't look a day over 25. You wear it well, pal.

Thanks for popping up on Jackson's blog and reminding us that he's not the only dog in that house! Don't be a stranger!

Goober love,
Stanley

I would like one of those bed things. But master and mistress sleep on the floor in our flat so they haven't bought a bed yet. And she puts all the stuff away in the morning so there is nothing to lie on.

Still, I'll live in hopes.

Yo Dunstan...surprised Stanley didn't make you an honorary Gooberdunstan...his brain must still be in rest mode from the weekend. Wow...I looked at the pics of you and the other wheeled WFTs and almost swooned. Do you date???? I mean, are you looking for a fun terrier girl with a possible interest in a long term relationship? If you're already 50, it looks like you might be around for a really, really long term relationship!!! Er..do u ever walk??? Just wondering how you keep ur trim figure.....let me know about the relationship thing!

Hey Dunstan,
You're pretty cute! Especially for a boy that's 50 years old. We're glad you were rescued by J1. You have a very important job watching over Jackson, Hamilton, Seymour & Barnaby. Keep up the good work!

Hi Dunstan. It's nice to meet you. It sounds like you have things well under control at your place. I hope Jackson recovers soon and doesn't get caught napping where he's not supposed to be.

Hi Jackson
The only place we're meant to be is on the bed. Why can't the hoomans understand this ? Your mate, Dunstan is really cool. I wonder if I could find an English Setter like him in a shed somewhere. Have a great weekend.

I love to curl up on Mom's pillow & snooze. You've got the right idea.

And it's nice to meet Dunstan. Mom could take a few lessons from him on how to age gracefully!
